The secret to going beyond the home-delivered, ice-packed cleanses in stores is high-pressure pascalization, which involves pricey machines that, without adding heat or preservatives, use external pressure to render the refrigerated juices safe for 20 days (instead of the usual three, for fresh-pressed) from icky invaders like mold, salmonella, and E.
